What is Semanty?
Semanty is a chat for Android and Windows, and outside the text looks ordinary. More is in What is Semanty?.
How do I make a profile?
You make a profile with a name and a password, without a phone and without an email. The steps are in How do I make a profile and sign in?.
What packs are there?
There is Free for 0 €, Silver, and Gold. When the month ends, there are also small packs. Payment comes with the store. The prices are in What packs are there, and what does each one give?.
Why do notifications not come to me?
Check „Push notifications“ and „No limits“ for the battery. The full steps are in Why do notifications not come to me?.
Why can I not sign in?
Check the name and the password, or sign in again if you were somewhere else. The help is in Why can I not sign in?.
Why does a photo not open?
An old key, or media older than 15 days without a copy, can stop it from opening. See Why can I not open a message or a photo?.
Why does the notification not say who it is from?
It says „You have a new message“, with no name and no text. Why that is so, read in Why does the notification not say who it is from?.
Are the messages encrypted?
With the current version and keys, the text is encrypted on the phone. The whole answer is in Are my messages encrypted?.
How does it work on the computer?
On Windows there is a tray, „Window on top“, and „Mail mode“ in Gold. The detail is in How does Semanty work on the computer?.
How do I see the version?
Open „Settings“ and tap „About the app“. The steps are in How do I see which version I have?.
