How do I lock Semanty?

Step by step

1. Open the menu.
2. Tap „Phone protection“.
3. Turn on „App lock“.
4. When you open Semanty, a check appears.
5. The title is „Semanty is locked“.
6. Confirm with your face, finger, or the phone PIN.
7. Tap „Unlock“.

Good to know

• This is extra protection if someone takes the phone.
• On this screen everything is off until you turn it on yourself.
• The lock asks every time you open Semanty.
• The text says to confirm with your face, finger, or PIN.
• The label at the check is „Unlock Semanty“.
• With the phone PIN it can also be unlocked.
• Turn on „Lock in the background“ if you want a second check.
• It comes after about 20 seconds in the background.
• It works only if the lock is already on.
• There is also a switch „Secrets only with biometrics“.
• The phone must have a face, a finger, or a PIN.
• If there is none, set one of them in the phone settings.
• The panic PIN turns the lock on by itself.

If it does not work

• If the screen does not ask, the lock is off.
• Go back and turn on „App lock“.
• If the check does not pass, it says „Not confirmed“.
• Try again.
