Why do notifications not come to me?

Check this

1. Open „Settings“.
2. Turn on „Push notifications“.
3. Tap „Save battery“.
4. Choose „No limits“ in the phone settings.
5. Check the phone connection.
6. See whether the chat is on „No notifications“.
7. Open the group settings and see the notifications there.

Good to know

• When „Push notifications“ is on, the banner also comes outside Semanty.
• When it is off, there is no banner.
• The messages still appear when you open the app.
• „Sound“ is only for the sound in Semanty.
• „Vibration“ makes the phone vibrate on a new message.
• It can also work when the sound is quiet.
• The notification says „You have a new message“.
• It does not show a name and does not show the text.
• On the computer there are also „Push notifications“.
• If it is off there, there is no banner on the computer.
• The messages are seen when you open the window.
• If ringing for a call is off, the phone does not ring.
• Then a small bubble for a missed call stays in the chat.
• On the computer, check the connection if it says „No connection“.
