Why does the notification not say who it is from?

The notification says „Semanty“ and „You have a new message“. There is no person's name and no text.

Step by step

Tap the notification to open Semanty.
From it you can tap „Reply“.
You can tap „Reaction“.
You can tap „Mark as read“.
The reply field says „Quick reply…“.

Good to know

In the banner there is no name and no words from the chat.
Many messages are gathered into one.
It says how many new messages there are.
It also says how many chats they are in.
The call notification shows the name.
That is different from a message in the chat.
„Push notifications“ turns the banner on or off.
Find it in the menu, then in „Settings“.
When it is on, the banner also comes outside Semanty.
When it is off, there is no banner.
The messages are seen when you open the app.
From the keyboard it says „You have a coded message“.
And there is no name there either.
On the computer it also says „You have a new message“.
And there is no message text there either.

On the computer

„Hide on lock“ hides the window on Win+L.
The chat does not stay on the locked screen.
When you close the window, Semanty stays by the clock.
You stay signed in.
„Window on top“ keeps the window above the others.
