How do I find a chat or a message?

Step by step

1. Open the chat list.
2. Tap the „Search chat…“ field above the list.
3. Type the name of the person or the group.
4. Tap the chat you are looking for.
5. For a word inside, tap ⋮ at the top of the chat.
6. Choose „Search in the chat“.
7. Type the word in „Search in the chat…“.

Good to know

• The search above the list is by name.
• Unread chats stand out more clearly.
• The „Recently active“ bar is for a quick choice.
• Each row shows the last message and the time.
• Inside the chat you search for a word from the conversation.
• On the computer there are „Previous“ and „Next“.
• With them you go from word to word.
• If nothing matches, you see „No matches“.

First find the chat by name. Then open the search inside, if you remember a word and not the person. The two searches are in different places.

If the list is long, start from „Recently active“. The recently active people are there. Then use the field above the list.
