How do I mute, hide, or block someone?

Step by step

1. Open the menu.
2. Tap „Friends“.
3. Choose the person.
4. Tap the action you want.
5. Or hold their row in the chat list.
6. Choose the same action from there.

Good to know

• „No notifications from this chat“ stops the notifications from it.
• „Get notifications again“ turns them on again.
• „Hide chat from the list“ removes the row from the list.
• „Block“ stops the person.
• Blocked people are in a separate part „Blocked“.
• From there you tap „Unblock“.
• „Unblock and return to friends“ brings them back to you.
• „Remove from friends“ stops the friendship.
• „Remove and block“ does both.

After „Remove from friends“ the history stays for both of you. The other person can no longer write to you. Read the confirmation before you tap.

The server is the computer that carries the messages. „Delete forever from the server“ removes the whole conversation for both of you. It removes the history, the files, and the row from the list. It also stops the friendship. It cannot be undone.
