How do I send a photo, a video, a file, or a voice message?

Step by step

1. Open the chat.
2. Tap „Attach file“.
3. For a photo, choose „Camera“ or „Upload photo“.
4. For a video, choose „Video from the camera“ or „Video file“.
5. For another file, choose „Upload file“.
6. For voice, find „Hold for a voice message“.
7. Hold the button while you speak.
8. Let it go when you finish.

Good to know

• The file must be up to 25 MB.
• The video is short, up to 20 seconds.
• You can add text to the photo.
• Text with the file is also optional.
• If the recording is short, hold longer.
• If the voice is too long, say it more briefly.
• On the computer there are also albums.
• The photos and the files are in the albums.
• For free you have 50 photos until the 1st.
• You also have 25 voice messages until the 1st.
• Unused ones do not pass into the next month.
• On Silver the photos are 180 for 30 days from activation, and the voice messages are 60.
• On Gold the photos are 360, and the voice messages are 100, for the same 30 days.
• Here too, what is unused does not carry over.
• When they run out, 50 photos are 0.99 €.
• 25 voice messages are 0.99 €.
• These two packs are for everyone.
• What you buy stays until it is used up.

The server is the computer that carries the messages. The photo, the video, the file, and the voice stay there for up to 15 days. After that the server no longer gives them.

If you do not have a copy on the phone, you will not open them again. In the chat a record stays that they were there.

If it does not work

• Allow the camera if the phone asks.
• Also allow the gallery or the files.
• For voice, allow the microphone.
• In the browser, voice often does not start.
• Then use the Semanty app.
• Also check the connection, then try again.
