Why does it sign me out when I sign in from another device?

One profile has only one live sign-in. The new sign-in signs out the old one.

Why it happens this way

Semanty keeps one sign-in at a time.

You cannot be inside in two places at once.

A sign-in from another phone stops this one.

A sign-in from the computer stops it too.

On the screen you are no longer inside.

Step by step

  1. Take the phone you want to be on.
  2. Open Semanty.
  3. Tap „Sign in with fingerprint“.
  4. The finger brings you back on this phone.
  5. The other sign-in stops.

Good to know

  • The finger works if you have already signed in here.
  • After the finger, the other screen signs out.
  • If you sign in on the computer, the phone signs out.
  • On the computer it takes you back to sign-in.
  • The session on this computer has expired.
  • Then you sign in with your name and password.
  • „Sign out“ is at the bottom of the menu.
  • That way you sign out yourself, without another device.

If it does not work

  • If the finger is missing, sign in with a password.
  • „Show password“ shows the characters.
  • With several profiles, „Choose profile“ appears.
  • Tap your name.
