How do I delete my profile?

Step by step

1. Open „Menu“.
2. Tap „My profile“.
3. Tap „Delete profile“.
4. Read the text on the screen.
5. Type your password.
6. Type „ИЗТРИЙ“ in capital letters.
7. Tap „Delete forever“.

Good to know

• Before that, think carefully.
• The screen is called „Delete the profile forever“.
• It says that the action cannot be undone.
• The server (the computer that carries the messages) removes the messages.
• It removes the files, the contacts, and the keys.
• Your chats are removed from the server.
• A report to a moderator stays, so that we can read it.
• It also works if you type DELETE.

If it does not work

• If the field is empty, fill it in.
• If the word is not exact, type it again.
