What we keep, and where
Two different things: this informational site and the app itself. We do not mix the trails.
This site
No ads and no analytics script on the page — no Google Analytics. The server keeps a daily total: page, country, the hour here, phone or computer, where the page was opened from (direct, a search engine, the name of another site, or a mark on a link we placed) and a number. If the search engine sends the words, they join that same total. For that same day it also keeps an approximate count of different opens and whether the person stayed on one page. The address is used only in the moment for that count. The mark for the day is deleted when the day changes. Separately, for up to 90 days, a mark without the IP stays so we can see whether the same person came back. That mark is not shown. The IP address is not stored. The totals are cleared after 90 days. If the language sends you to another address, one short cookie remembers the door for about ten minutes and is then deleted. If the search engine sent the words, that same short cookie carries them to the next page and is then deleted. If you pick a language, the browser keeps one technical cookie semanty_lang — only for that choice, for about a year. The contact form sends your name, email and text to the team inbox. We do not profile visits. Searches on Google, if we look at them, come from Google's own Search Console report. That is Google's report, not a counter on the visitor.
The app
There the privacy policy applies: account, delivery, notifications. No phone number and no address-book scrape. Messages on the server are usually cleared after 15 days. The server is a mailbox, not a reading room.
Where the machines are
The service is hosted with a cloud provider. The jurisdiction we are heading toward is European. The exact city will be written here with the company details — we will not promise a location before it is locked.
For a valid legal request we give only the operational minimum we actually hold. We do not sell data.
The full app list is in Privacidad.
